Brad leads the Technical Team at MITB. He is responsible for the evaluation, design, testing and successful implementation of custom programming. Brad has over 20 years in the computer industry. Prior to MITB, he was the MIS Director for Drexler Technology in Mountain View, CA, where he installed complete accounting and manufacturing solutions across four independent corporate entities. He developed a customized program that provided on-line integration of their manufacturing and production equipment.
Previously, Brad was Regional Distribution Manager of Firestone Tire in Dallas, TX where he implemented three metropolitan marketing distribution centers in San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas. He developed a $20 million sales and inventory control program that reduced inventory from 24 months to two months while turning the metropolitan inventory six times a year. He increased the sales margin by 5% and product lines by a factor of 10.
Brad was also Data Systems Coordinator for ITT Automotive Group in Nashville, TN where he installed IBM Mini Series I point-of-sale systems in approximately 40 stores. These systems provided automated accounting and ordering solutions for independent dealers and franchise locations.
Brad was also Regional Sales Director for S/G Imported Auto Parts in Detroit, MI. He created sales and inventory control programs that increased sales and reduced inventory across the company's six locations. He identified key inventory levels and new lines for distribution to the dealer group.

Donna Dreisbach holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and an undergraduate degree in Business Education. Her professional experience encompasses the full spectrum of personnel functions, including recruiting, compensation, job analysis and design, and benefits design and administration. She has also designed and delivered college courses, vocational classes and volunteer training programs. Her client service role at MITB is Project Implementation Management and Training Design, as well as provides sales support as required.
Donna spent several years in the corporate world as a human resources professional and has accumulated 20 years of experience utilizing systems to create efficient data access and reporting systems for organizations. While obtaining her MBA, she contracted her services to clients in Silicon Valley, including ROLM Corporation, LSI Logic and 3COM Corporation. She currently serves on the Board of the Sunnyvale Chamber of Commerce, CONTACT of Santa Clara County and NAWBO (National Association of Women Business Owners). She is a Past President of NAWBO Silicon Valley, formerly served on the Board of the Make A Wish Foundation and was also a National Trainer for Make A Wish.
